“Summer Stew” — a cooking demonstration

The Ethno-kitchen of the Regional History Museum – Burgas shows how a summer stew is made. The demonstrations are part of the museum's regular programme, in which traditional dishes are cooked in front of an audience at the Ethnographic exposition on 69 Slavyanska Street. It begins at 11:00.
