A single modern building unites the Cultural and Educational Centre for Contemporary Art and the modernized "Peyo K. Yavorov" Regional Library. Together they provide access to a wide range of cultural initiatives, presented in an appealing setting through modern technology.

The building responds to the dynamic development of contemporary society and to the needs of the Burgas community. The "Peyo K. Yavorov" Regional Library is the largest public library in Southeastern Bulgaria. It reaches all segments of the population across every age group in Burgas and the Burgas region, and works actively to attract young readers – mainly pupils, students and young professionals.

The Cultural and Educational Centre for Contemporary Art is a space for exhibiting fine, applied and decorative art, fashion, interior, exterior and industrial design, and more. It features a dedicated zone for children's creativity and a zone with ateliers and workshops for young talents.

"Peyo K. Yavorov" Regional Library – Burgas

The "Peyo K. Yavorov" Regional Library in Burgas was founded in 1888 and is the largest library in the territory of the Burgas region. It is open to all, and its readership is universal in character – its users include children, pupils, students, professors, employees, specialists and others.

Over its long history, the library has established itself as a literary and regional cultural institute.

The appealing and modernized library environment ensures the effective fulfillment of the library's functions and mission, as well as its establishment as an educational, informational, methodological and cultural institute.

The building of the Centre for Contemporary Art and Library has an enclosed underground parking facility with a capacity of 20 parking spaces. There are also 4 open-air parking spaces in the building's courtyard, 2 of which are designated for people with disabilities.
