Burgas offers a varied programme of cultural and entertainment events. As part of "Boulevart – a network of the senses", residents and visitors alike can join in musical, cultural and creative initiatives.

The stage stands at 2 Vazrazhdane Street, in the centre of Burgas. The network brings together artists and venues in the city centre and runs with the support of Burgas Municipality.
