WHO CREATES? — Youth Film Festival is an international research film festival for children and young people. Its first edition takes place in Burgas from 25 to 27 August 2026 and presents nearly 190 films from 42 countries by authors aged 10 to 25. The opening is in the Petya Dubarova Hall (1st floor) of the Sea Casino Cultural Centre at 12:00. Entry is free.
