Mats Levén and Tsena Koev
Cult Swedish metal voice Mats Levén (Vandenberg, Candlemass, Therion) shares the Modern Theatre stage with Tsena Koev — songs from both careers and their duets.
One of the most emblematic Swedish metal voices will sing for you on the stage of the Modern Theatre club in Burgas on 12.09.2026 (Saturday). Mats Levén is a cult vocalist, the current singer of Vandenberg and the voice behind bands and projects such as Candlemass, Therion, Yngwie Malmsteen, Treat and others.
On the Bulgarian side, Tsena Koev is a former vocalist of Vivaldi Metal Project, who has worked and recorded with names such as Jeff Scott Soto, Snowy Shaw, Mike Portnoy and others.
The two will present an incredible mix from their own careers, as well as duets that will blow up the Modern Theatre stage. One of those songs came out in 2023: the track “Miserere” reached 4th place in the Z-Rock chart and stayed in rotation for almost 3 months.
