Fish and Wine Festival 2026

Five days of fish, wine, music and cooking demonstrations on the lawn beside the Flora Exhibition Center in the Sea Garden, metres from the shore. Daily from 16:00 to 23:00, free entry.

• 18:00 — official opening, a wine presentation and the audience game “In Vino Veritas”
• Games for the youngest visitors
• Concert by Mariana Dobreva and Samuel Manuelyan
• Concert by SIRIS BAND (Greece) — Greek Night

4 September

• Concert by FADIVI MUSIC (Ukraine)
• Concert by Kerana i Kosmonavtite
• Local folklore and vocal ensembles
• A family quiz
• 19:30 — concert by Adelina Atanasova

5 September

• Puppet theatre and a children's fun contest
• Dancing and folklore performances
• 17:00 — a cooking demonstration by Nikolay Genchev, Bulgaria's national paella champion
• Concerts by the Burgas Wind Orchestra, Disho and Krisy, and Silviya Katsarova

6 September

• A children's show and a bubble show with balloons
• A contest for the best fish soup in Burgas
• A cooking demonstration by Giuseppe Magliaccio (Italy)
• Wine tasting and the “Quick Hands” contest
• Concert by MAMBO SONG (Venezuela)

7 September

• Folklore and dance performances and family games
• A fire show by Wolves Family Show
• Concert by Boney M. Xperience
