The ideal location, spacious halls and modern equipment make the Congress Centre an excellent choice for hosting events of the most varied kinds — world and national conferences, congresses, exhibitions, concerts, TV productions, revue shows, gala evenings and much more. The building has been constructed in line with the latest standards and requirements for organising events at the highest level.
The centre has three main halls. The largest, the "Chernomorie" Hall, has a capacity of 400 seats and is fitted with top-class audio-visual equipment and professional stage lighting. The "Foros" Hall seats 200, while the "Burgas" Hall seats 100.
Besides its diverse possibilities for events, the modern building also houses class "A" offices of various sizes, many of which offer a soothing sea view. For the convenience of guests and tenants, 250 parking spaces are provided in open-air and covered parking areas.
