Sinemorets — where the river meets the sea

A small coastal village in Tsarevo Municipality, about 85 km south of Burgas — set on a high rocky shore directly above the mouth of the River Veleka, within Bulgaria's largest protected area, the Strandzha Nature Park. It is also home to the two best-known wild beaches on the Southern Black Sea coast — Veleka and Butamyata.
