St. George's Monastery
An active monastery from 1856, known for its miracle-working chapel and healing mineral spring. Located at the peninsula's northern end.
Thracian Beehive Tomb
A unique 2nd–3rd-century monument — a large round chamber with a ring-shaped domed roof, likely a heroön or an aristocrat's tomb. 1 km from the centre.
Pomorie Lake
A hyper-saline lagoon of about 8 km², a Natura 2000 site. A nesting ground for pelicans and a major migration stop for flamingos and over 250 bird species. A well-laid walking trail.
Salt Museum
The only museum of its kind in the Balkans — it tells the story of sea-salt production by the ancient all-solar method, still in use. Located next to working salt pans.
Old town and seafront
The town's Revival-era quarter, with narrow cobbled lanes, wooden houses and a fishing pier. The seafront walk links the Central Beach to the monastery — about 2 km.
Wine tour & local cellar
The region is one of Bulgaria's oldest wine areas — tastings and tours at "Black Sea Gold" (the country's largest winery) and dozens of small cellars.
