Arch of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker
A striking arch at the entrance to the Sea Garden.
The Arch of St. Nicholas the Miracleworker is a monument in the centre of Burgas. It is an arch with a bas-relief on both sides bearing the iconographic image of St. Nicholas the Miracleworker — patron saint of the city of Burgas.

The sculpture stands in the centre of Burgas — only metres away from another city symbol, the Compass.
An inscription along the curve of the arch reads: "St. Nicholas the Miracleworker, Patron of Burgas." Beneath the saint's icon is a text from his life:
"Nicholas, this is the field where you can bring forth the expected fruit. Turn to the people, that His name may be glorified through you. He did not cease to help the suffering, to defend the innocent, to strengthen the weak with the word of truth and faith."
