“Violette” (France, Italy, 2026, 137 min) is Jean-Pierre Jeunet’s film of Valérie Perrin’s novel “Changer l’eau des fleurs”. Young Violette Trenet is the keeper of the cemetery in a small town in Burgundy; her calm is disturbed by a mysterious man who tries to unravel long-buried secrets, and she is forced to face her past. The film closes the festival’s Burgas programme. In the Toncho Rusev Hall. Starts at 19:00.
