The Festival of Young People in the Arts “The Deep Blue Sea” brings together school and university students working in visual art, literature, film and music. Its opening is on the October programme of the Prof. Pancho Vladigerov music school in Burgas. In the Magazia 1 building at the Port of Burgas. Starts at 18:00. Free entry. According to Burgas Municipality’s programme, the festival’s official opening is at 18:30 in the Art Garden of the Georgi Baev Gallery.
