Bus
Regular buses leave Burgas South Bus Station every 20–30 minutes in summer. Journey ~40 min. A single ticket is around €3–€4. Buses stop at the main resort station and along the main street.
By car
Road I-9 or motorway A1 with the Aheloy exit. About 35 km, 35–45 min depending on traffic. Hundreds of pay car parks at the resort; in summer, reserve a spot via your hotel.
Boat
Tourist boats link Burgas and Sunny Beach in summer — around 70 minutes, with an optional stop at St. Anastasia Island.
Taxi
A taxi from Burgas to Sunny Beach costs around €20–€25 by meter. Confirm the fare before departure and use licensed cars.
Getting around the resort
The resort is easy to explore on foot — the main street runs parallel to the beach. Tourist mini-trains also run between the Central Alley and the southern end by Nessebar.
