A guided visit to the ancient and medieval fortress of Rusokastro for school groups, by prior booking.
The Regional History Museum – Burgas takes school groups to the ancient and medieval fortress of Rusokastro, with a talk on site. The fortress was raised some 1,500 years ago on a strategic height and is known for the battle of 18 July 1332, in which Tsar Ivan Alexander defeated the Byzantine army.
