Korean Culture Day in Burgas
A Korean reading room, calligraphy, taekwondo, K-pop and Korean food: a day by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bulgaria and Burgas Municipality invite you to a day of Korean culture. From 15:00 the Peyo Yavorov Regional Library opens its Korean reading room “Window on Korea”, with over 2000 titles, screens the short film “Speedy!” from the Berlinale programme, and hosts a Korean calligraphy workshop and advice on studying in the Republic of Korea. From 17:00 the State Opera Burgas hosts taekwondo and K-pop dance lessons and Korean food, and from 18:30 the Kukkiwon taekwondo demonstration team performs, followed by K-pop with Tony Kwon, MOVE 7 and WICKER. Free entry. Seating is limited.
