The beach in the Kraimorie district is an inviting and cosy spot for relaxation, set about 10 kilometres south of the centre of Burgas. It is an excellent choice for visitors looking for peace and quiet, away from the noise and crowds of the larger, busier beaches. The beach strip is covered with clean, golden sand, and the seabed is shallow and gently sloping.
The Kraimorie beach is well organised and supervised by lifeguards. It offers a balance between paid sections with umbrellas and sunbeds and sufficiently large free areas for sunbathing. Showers and changing rooms are provided for visitors, and the seafront is dotted with cosy restaurants and cafés serving tasty seafood and cool drinks.
Access to the beach is very convenient — both by private car and by regular city transport. The Poda nature reserve sits close to Kraimorie, giving holidaymakers an excellent opportunity to combine sunbathing with eco-tourism and rare-bird watching.
