Burgas–Sunny Beach buses pass through Aheloy every 20–30 minutes in summer. Journey ~25 min. Ticket around €2. Buses stop on the main road.
By car
First-class road I-9 (E87) runs north from Burgas past Lake Atanasovsko and through the Pomorie pass. About 27 km, 25–35 minutes. In July and August traffic slows due to the tourist flow towards Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
Taxi
A taxi from Burgas to Aheloy by meter is €18–€22. Confirm the fare before departure and use licensed cars. Most hotels can arrange a transfer.
